UK DELIVERY
Please allow at least 2 months for your order to be made before it is shipped to you. UK delivery costs £5.70 and all parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Signature on delivery and 2-3 working days delivery aim)
Occasionally there can still be minor delays in some areas of the UK due to COVID-19.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
I’ve set up a few delivery options for orders outside of the UK:
Mainland Europe (International Tracked & Signed) - £16.90
USA (International Tracked & Signed) - £29.30
Canada (International Tracked & Signed) - £24.45
Australia & New Zealand (International Tracked & Signed) - £27.55

Be aware that Léonie Flower Studio doesn’t cover VAT/duties that might incur when shipping to another country.
DELIVERY POLICIES
Please carefully read our shipping policies before placing an order.
If a courier has made multiple failed attempts to deliver your parcel and it is returned to sender, you will not be eligible for a refund on your original shipping cost and will be liable to pay a repeat shipping charge to receive your item/s.
Please make sure you provide the correct delivery info, as you will not be eligible for a refund if your parcel gets lost for this reason. Courier services are usually responsible for delivering to an address rather than to an individual, so it can be difficult to retrieve a parcel that gets delivered to an old address. Consider sending a mail redirect request from your old address to your new address to avoid this issue.
Once your parcel has been shipped, it is no longer in my hands and I am not responsible for its whereabouts — I will not be able to predict/guarantee delivery dates or give updates on behalf of our couriers. If delays occur, this is not in my control.
If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than expected, please try to be patient! Due to Covid and Brexit this is always a possibility!
RETURNS POLICIES
I really hope you love your Léonie Flower Studio piece as much as I’ve enjoyed designing it and you want to treasure it forever!
As each piece is made to order I cannot offer refunds on all purchases, so please make sure you are happy with your piece before you buy it. If you are unsure of how an item will fit, please email me at hello@leonieflowerstudio.com with your measurements.
If we’ve made an error, we will offer free alterations. Let me know within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s a problem by emailing hello@leonieflowerstudio.com
If you’ve mixed up your measurements and your order doesn't fit because you got the numbers wrong, don’t worry we can still fix it, but you will be charged for alterations. Products must be returned in the exact condition you received them in and you will need to pay for postage yourself.
You may be eligible for a refund if your item/s:
Arrive damaged
Are not as advertised
Arrive incorrectly manufactured
You will not be eligible for a refund if:
You decide you no longer want the item/s
You are experiencing fit issues despite the item/s being as advertised
You have damaged the item/s
Your parcel was not delivered to you due to your error e.g. providing the wrong address, missing delivery attempts/failing to retrieve from the delivery centre. You will be subject to paying a charge for redelivery.
You want to cancel your order or don’t want to wait any longer for your item/s
